Lake District Luxury Log Cabins to let within a 5 star British Tourist Council rated private woodland estate. The estate comprises 18 acres with cosy log cabins set in an area of complete seclusion. It is centrally located approximately 2 1/2 miles west of Ambleside at the foot of the Langdale Valley with easy access to Central Lake District, Winderemere, Coniston, Ambleside, Grasmere etc and has spectacular views from the top of the site across the Langdale Valley and down to Loughrigg TarnThere is an on site family sized swimming pool (open 1st March to 15th November) with changing rooms & shower, sauna, jaccuzzi, coin operated laundry room and pay phone. Visitors to our cabins have free access to the pool included in the price. Wireless Internet is available within the pool building.Boltons Tarn (3 bedroom cabin sleeps 6) is particularly well positioned to give maximum privacy, is extremely well equipped & provides an ideal base for walkers, cyclists, or those who may just wish to relax and onwind. Well behaved dogs (max 2) are welcome visitors to our cabins.The cabin is easily accessible for most visitors however persons with severe walking difficulties should seek advice from the owners prior to booking. Due to its location there is no wheelchair access.Access to Boltons Tarn is down a short series of steps set out in groups of 8, 4, 4 & 2 (total number of steps 18 approx) with level sections between each group.Whinfell Tarn (2 bedroom cabin sleeps 4) is located towards the top of the site in an extremely tranquil setting. Access is ideal for all abilities, parking being next to the cabin with only 3 steps onto the decking however there is no wheelchair access.
